Enjoy these rich, chocolatey muffins that are full of chocolate chips. Great for people who like chocolate!
Ingredients: 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 cup granulated sugar. 2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1/2 tsp salt. 2/3 cup milk. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 2 large eggs. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Instructions: Warm your oven up to 350 ?F 175?C and put paper liners in a muffin tin. Mix the cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl with a whisk. Put the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract in a different bowl. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together just until they are mixed. Make sure not to mix it too much; a few lumps are fine. Do not stir the chocolate chips into the batter too much. Fill up about two thirds of the way to the top of each muffin cup with batter. Once the oven is hot, put the muffins in for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of one comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs attached. After taking the muffins out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes in the muffin tin before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way through. Have fun with your tasty Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffins!
