These boneless chicken wing sliders are a perfect combination of crispy chicken tossed in spicy sauce, served on soft slider buns with refreshing lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. They're great for parties or as a delicious snack!
Ingredients: 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into small pieces. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon salt. 1 teaspoon black pepper. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 cup hot sauce. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 12 slider buns. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1 cup sliced tomatoes. 1 cup sliced pickles.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Put flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl and mix them together. Cover the chicken pieces in the flour mix. Shake off any extra flour. Spread the chicken out on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. After the oven is hot, bake the chicken for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it is crispy and cooked all the way through. Melt butter and add hot sauce to a different bowl. Mix the hot sauces together and coat the baked chicken well. Put a few pieces of chicken on each slider bun to put them together. Put shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and pickles on top. Enjoy while hot!
