So I’ve been trying to reduce my waste for about 17 years I started thinking about this in high school and have done very little over time. However, this year I’ve felt a shift within myself, no longer is a little enough to assist you conscience. My shift toward minimalist living, frugality and veganism has really changed my thinking, and consequently my reusable bags have been seeing a lot of action. Unfortunately my Chico bag (my first ever reusable bag which is about 10 yrs old) has started ripping at the seams. A year ago I’d have trashed it and probably bought a new one, but now I’m trying to get the most out of everything I own. So, using some lightweight scrap fabric I patched it. Hopefully I get some more use out of this Chico bag before it really dies. 最後のお土産紹介どすえ！ 〜クリスマスプレゼント編〜 僕が来る前から、ずーっとツリーの下で眠っていたプレゼントちゃん達。 来たるは25日の朝。日本とは違って、もらった瞬間にビリビリに開けて喜ぶのが向こう流だとか..！ 水色の水筒はメイドイン #Chico 。金物っ！て見た目じゃなくて、マットな質感が可愛すぎるお！ あとお洋服を2枚も頂きました。1枚はでっかく #California ！って書かれたシャツ。もう1つはスウェットに近い厚手の服！これすんごい気に入りました！ちょっと大人っぽい感じ。（値札のタグみたら128＄って書いてあったんだけどスルーしました。まともに考えたら頭おかしくなりそうだったんで←。こんな何処の馬の骨だか分からないようなやつにここまでお金をかけて頂いたとは..😭） あと、チコバックって言われている折りたたみバッグ。 ホストマザーがすんごい手が器用で、このギンギラギンのポーチはアンジェリーナのハンドメイド。お母さんにあげてって言われましたお！ 僕と同じ日本からの留学生の光子さんからは靴下を頂きました😍 でここまでがお家のプレゼント。 ジョーダンの高校生が集まったクリスマスパーティでは、#whiteelphant と呼ばれている「要らないもの交換」があって、それでダンボールいっぱいのCDをゲットwさすがに全部は持って帰れなかったので厳選して4枚。後で聞いてみよっと。 お母さんの実家のポトラックでもプレゼントがあって、 本革の札入れ（小銭入らないからちょっと不便だったけど..😊） スカキャンのイヤホン（たまーに左耳が逝くけど..😊） をもらえましたよォほんとにもう多過ぎて素晴らしい！！ あと、何故かアラスカ産のスモークサーモンも頂きましたwwなんかこう、ツナ缶のシャケ バージョンみたいな、美味しく頂きました！ #christmaspresent #chicobag (Chico, California)
