He’s the Ruler of Everything in the End.

Where Euclydia is more similar to Flatland, talking about the 3rd dimension isn’t illegal, and Bill becomes the Chief “Circle” due to his powers to see the 3rd dimension.

This is has been in my head for a while. It started with me just needing an excuse to draw Bill in a ruler cloak lol— but then I thought about it.

Chief Bill was taken from his family as a child as soon as they discovered his power to see the stars. Raised by the Grand Council (or Circle Council), Chief Bill is higher than the President of the Grand Council and is treated as if he is from the 3rd dimension himself (beyond revered; basically a god). The thing with the Circles— or Priests—, however, is that they are the “inspirers” of everything worth doing, not seeming to do much of it themselves. And of course Chief Bill isn’t happy about this. He orders people around, getting everything he wishes except the opportunity to do things himself.

I did a very quick comic on it :)

Being raised by the Grand Council has made him a bit spoiled— it’s also made his knowledge of good and wrong a bit crooked. Does he approve of destroying irregulars? Does he think murdering Chromatists is necessary? Who knows!

As you can see I am very very normal about him
