Lowkey I think Chilchuck would find Kabru's eyes creepy but he just gets use to it and now it just reminds him of Zircon gems (totally didn't just quickly search up blue gems so I can describe Kabru's blue ass piercing eyes)

My secret hc that makes chilbru work in some secret way is that while kabru looks like the Exact Opposite of Chilchucks type he looks A LOT like Chilchuck's wife

If Chilchuck acknowledged he was interested in Kabru it would mean acknowledging the fact that he doesn't have a type he just likes to fantasise about blonds and dwarves because they don't remind him of his wife/first love/the only person he ever had sex with actually

It's actually vitally important to Chichucks mental health that he doesn't find Kabru hot which of course makes it hilarious if he does and therefore makes chilbru work. Because in all other cases it's funnier if Kabrus interest remains one-sided there has to be some weird mindfuck
