Child Endangerment & Abuse: If you know this woman kicking this baby or the person filming call Crime Stoppers and report both of them. If she hates the baby so much to kick her in the head she would do much more sinister things when no one is watching. This really hurt me and I don’t have any children. I have a dog and I’d never think of kicking him. This isn’t right at all.
