Society is not treating the children who get in trouble with the law appropriately and the system needs to be changed. If a child begins down this path, they need help... not punishment.

These young boys are used for their youth, only to be promptly discarded once they go through puberty and start developing facial hairs. They are involved in the malicious sex-trade, and are child slaves who are forced into selling off their bodies and sacrificing their well-beings, education and childhood which they should be experiencing rightfully.
