razel's pjo story

hello i'm razel and i found out about percy jackson in the fifth grade so when i was ten years old pretty much and i'm turning fifteen on the 29th of november so mark that on ur calender wink wink. i actually remember how i got into it, when i was in grade five there were these magazines and i remember looking at them and seeing that there was a new movie coming out called the lightning thief and how it was about greek mythology. now at that time i was absolutely obsessed with mythology, like you can ask anyone in my elementary school at the time and they would so say that. it all started in grade three when my teacher started telling us stories from greek mythology and i enjoyed it so much that he let me borrow his book.

but anyways, pjo, okay so i found out about the movie and i was like wow this is rlly rad and in the school library, i checked out the book the moment i saw it. and i read it the moment i get home and i finished it in like an hour i remember bc i was so excited by it. like it's literally the first real book i've read and the reason i got into reading in the first place. i remember writing my name in the book and when i went to visit my elementary school, i still see that copy with my name on it. and so i found that it was a series and i remember being so pumped about it. so, i would ask my mom if i can come with her to the grocery store bc she always goes grocery shopping before lunch and it was part of my plan that i would tell her im hungry and we would go to the foodcourt at the mall and then i would drag her to coles and we would buy the next book. this went on forever omg. i remember laughing my ass off on the couch reading ttc and how i bawled and it became my favourite pjo book since. i remember weeping when i read tlo and decorating my room with pjo stuff.

i remember ordering the lost hero and feeling so happy that the series is still going on and thrilled that it arrived earlier than expected. i remember in grade seven, when our teacher told us to pick our favourite character and reenact the book in their point of view, i picked annabeth and did the last olympian. because of that, i found fanfiction after i googled 'annabeth's pov' and read the fanfic at the bar. i remember being so excited about it that i wrote my first fanfiction ever called stranded?. and that pjo was the reason i wanted to be a writer. there were so many things that happened because of pjo, like i got to meet my friends flavster and big sis whom i talked to since i was twelve and i'm turning fifteen soon and they're honestly the raddest ppl i know. and pjo got me into reading and taught me so many things and it got me into writing.

and fucking fuck i'm actually rlly sad that it's ending and you have no idea what this series does to me omg. and i'm rlly pumped for wednesday when i'll actually get to see the man that created this world. i wish he'd know exactly what his stories did to me. because of percy jackson, i started reading and i started writing, and that's my pjo story.

Hey! I was wondering if you'd mind writing about Nico and reyna as a romantic couple? I'd love it if you did :D

title:  track thirteen 

summary: reyna would've never imagined that a boy clad in old pair of chuck taylors and earphones around his neck would've impacted her; or influence her to liking the number thirteen.

note:  this isn't really a romance thing, you can take it as one tho since there's room to explore i assume 

i never really shipped them as a romantic couple but i'll give it a shot.

Reyna has never been into punk music. But, she won't deny the fact that the album; American Idiot by some band she recalls not deserving much of her attention, has a pretty slick and sweet cover. So, maybe that's why she bought it in the first place. 

Although, right now, it's rested against her piles of old The Smiths records as she's contemplating whether or not she would return the CD. It would be a waste if she were to just return it; considering the fact that she has heard several praises for the album and walking around New York, she can see the exact replica of the album cover art but on a poster at Broadway. Though, it's kind of pointless to buy something based on appearances so there, Reyna is walking to the bus stop, her cheeks flared in pink as the winter air engulfed everything around it.

She held the CD on her two fingertips, her purple nail polish shining in her eye and the cover art of the album capturing every attention and hers importantly because she just likes to look at it. 

Reyna likes to look at pretty things, things that are unique (like the cover art), and it's no surprise that when her eyes traveled to the most worn down pair chuck taylors with the laces gaining holes, she just had to look up to see who it belonged to.

Reyna was fierce, she was dependent, she was confident but with the eyes of a boy who looked at her narrowly on her, the silver ring looped on his lips and a stud in his eyebrows, Reyna felt flustered and she did not like it one bit— which is why she automatically took a disdain towards the boy who embodied her favourite cover art in her hands. 

The boy coughed and Reyna drifted her eyes away from how beautiful and just incredibly hot his lip piercing is — God, she fucking hates him so much. "Excuse me."

Ugh— even his voice is almost as hot as his lip piercing, and Reyna absolutely cannot stand the guy. 

Reyna was too stubborn to apologize to the guy she hated the most so she held her head up, and coughed to make him move for her to walk.

Reyna felt some sort of superiority when she noticed his eyes cower for a moment as he shifted to the side, but as Reyna was a few distances from the bus, the boy stopped her. 

"That's a good CD by the way; track thirteen is my favourite." He said, his lips tipped up and God, his lip ring is beautiful.

He left without Reyna even saying a goodbye, and Reyna is very much aware the bus was in front of her, the driver looking awfully pissed as he awaited her to step inside. 

"Shit," Reyna cursed, not daring to spare an apologetic look at the bus driver as she turned on her heels, the CD still in her hand as she walked back home.

So, she listened to the CD, and track thirteen instantly became her favourite as well, Reyna just hopes that when she walks to the bus stop again tomorrow, she's able to tell the boy that.
