You have to take the bottom off and wiggle the plastic cuff thing off to get in

Found this Chilla Chilla Roo at the thrift store for $2 today. Idk if it works because I haven’t opened the battery hatch yet. I didn’t know what this was when I bought it- just that the eyeballs reminded me of Chilla Chillas (Trendmaster’s answer to Furby from 1998) but I’d never seen one with the pouch before. I know knockoff Furbs go for some serious money and thought this guy was cute so I took a chance.
