A takeaway in my local area (Fat Boys BBQ) sells a “Wings Of Fire Challenge”. It is 10 chicken wings in “hell fire” hot sauce. I ordered it, and managed to eat just 3 of the wings, before suffering for approximately 40 minutes, and not being able to get enough milk and yoghurt inside my mouth. After a recovery period, I took a tiny nibble of wing #4, which I instantly regretted. These wings are pure evil. I would not recommend them, and I will not try them again… But maybe I’m just sour because the challenge beat me. From the intensity of the burning, I suspect the sauce must contain Ghost/Naga chillies, or hotter. Painful.
