Future
As I enter my senior year, the only thing I can really focus on most of the time is my future, where am I going after this year, how am I going to pay for college, do I want to move 6 hours away from home, when will I go get my license and its all starting to stress me out. Now I have yet to accomplish how to get rid of this stress, but I have realized that I need to stop worrying about the future all the time and live in the moment. Yes, I do still need to think about the future and start applying for schools, but I also need to live in the moment with my friends, enjoy the small things, enjoy my last marching show and pour out my heart to everything I do. My fellow band seniors and I have came up with a quote “One last time” to describe our last year in high school. Yes, I want to cry every time they say this and its actually the one last time, but I also want to remember everything about the thing I’m doing and how much I actually enjoyed doing it with the people I love surrounding me. So here’s to the one last times, lets smash them.
