Hey, so I had just started this fic. It started with draco making groups of younger students who were mostly Slytherin and kids of death eaters or associated with them. They were making a plan on taking them to different schools ( durmstrang etc) he was assigning Blaise , pansy etc who will take care of who and all that...I also remember that the pureblood closed their ancestral homes.. that's all I remember. Hi, I am looking for a drarry fic that:

-is set after the war, focus on pureblood families

The plot was that after the war pureblood families leave wizarding britain and I think some (dracos family) settle down in france. Because these families left, the magic in wizarding britain starts to fade, buildings crumble etc. So the Light Wizards have to contact them and get them to help which leads to signing treaties (I think). During the rebuilding Harry learns more about the importance of purebloods to sustain magical structures and falls in love with Draco.

I hope you can help find this fic. It was post war and magic was disappearing. Turned out that purebloods were sacrificing magic and children to keep magic alive. After the war, the purebloods started leaving England so magic was failing. I think it was on livejournal?
