Hi, I am looking for a drarry fic that:
-is set after the war, focus on pureblood families
The plot was that after the war pureblood families leave wizarding britain and I think some (dracos family) settle down in france. Because these families left, the magic in wizarding britain starts to fade, buildings crumble etc. So the Light Wizards have to contact them and get them to help which leads to signing treaties (I think). During the rebuilding Harry learns more about the importance of purebloods to sustain magical structures and falls in love with Draco.
