Q: Wrong. That would be Englishman, John Cabot. In fact, he only made it as far as the Caribbean.

A: Well, he was the first European to see North America.

Q: Wrong. That would be Amerigo Vespucci.

A: Well. He died having discovered a New World.

Q: Wrong. Columbus died thinking that he had made it to China.

A: ............

Q: Class dismissed.

If you have not figured this out by now, then the man-child occupying the White House, in the absence of an actual president, is not good at doing with issues. When the Nazis ran over a woman in Charlottesville  a few months ago, He Who Shall Not Be Named, was silent for three days on the matter, and then came up with the twaddle that both sides of the conflict, the Nazis and the Counter Protesters, were both at fault. To distract from his ineptness in dealing with the Puerto Rico matter, he attack the NFL for protesting against Police Brutality and Racial Inequality by taking the knee during the National Anthem. Trump is like a magician, who distracts his audience with a pretty assistant, in order to keep them from seeing that he has no talent whatsoever. So, yeah, he is going to keep ignoring issues and attacking windmills in order to keep people’s eyes off of his continuing failure of so-called “leadership” that consists of nothing more than blaming others for his mistakes, insulting allies, antagonizing cold war enemies, and saying that the Jews control the media & need to annex Czechoslovakia.
