How to cancel a chipotle order
I'm going to tell you how because I couldn't find a reasonable way to do it.
Call 303 595 4000, press 1 for catering, press 1 for like order changes or something, tell the rep that you couldn't find a way to contact the online order support team and need patched through, have them refund your order and explain why (in my case it's because the store I ordered from was still filling orders placed for 5:15 at 6pm).
I've just saved you the hassle of fruitlessly looking for a solution on the app, on their contact us website (which doesn't have a phone number), accidentally calling the delivery line, and calling the store and the store telling you no.
If you are ever near Pittsburgh, never go to the Chipotle by Century 3 (also known as Pleasant Hills, West Mifflin, and Clariton Blvd). Apparently, this sort of BS is normal for them.
