Made some #ShitOnAShingle for breakfast. I rinsed the jarred dried beef and used unsalted butter, tried to balance the salt with some pepper, onion powder and paprika. I made the sauce a touch too thick, but I hate a sauce or gravy that is too runny. Both kids actually ate it, but I think they just liked the temporary free pass of being allowed to say "shit on a shingle." @bcarroll_13 & I had seconds!
