Ingredients: 4 large potatoes. 1/4 cup milk. 2 tablespoons butter. Salt to taste. Pepper to taste. Chopped chives for garnish.
Instructions: Peel and chop potatoes into chunks. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain potatoes and return them to the pot. Add milk, butter, salt, and pepper. Mash until desired consistency is reached. Garnish with chopped chives before serving.
