Questions: 1. If you could pick any fictional character to marry who would it be? Oh lordy, don't do this to me. It's a three-way between Remus Lupin from HP, Neil Perry from Dead Poets Society and James Wilson from House MD. 2.If you could live in any historical era, (other than this one) which one would you pick? I'd say the Victorian era, hopefully in London, even though I'd probably be poor, and die of cholera or something. 3.What’s your favourite type of biscuit? Custard Creams, definitely. 4.Would you rather have feet for hands or your head on backwards? Probably my head on backwards; I need my hands to write, and type and play violin with. 5.Who is your favourite avenger? It has to be Tony Stark, closely followed by Bruce Banner and Thor. 6. If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be? At the moment, it's Quiet from the Matilda musical, as it's basically my theme song. 7. Merlin or Harry Potter ? Both have pretty bad endings in my opinion (it should have been Rubeus Remus dammit!), but my heart does belong to Harry Potter. 8.The Thing you want to do most before you die ? Visit the Vincent Van Gogh museum in Amsterdam. 9. Favourite Musical ? Oliver! was my first musical, so I'll say that. The Lion King is also amazing. 10.What is the most embarrassing thing you’ve ever done ? Exist? 11.Which character death would you prevent,if you could only save one? Probably Neil Perry, but Remus is my second choice.

ayyyyyy thanks so much! the lipstick is revlon's creme lipstick in 660 berry haute!! i kinda swear by their lipstick ~ it stays on really well, and the color is so fresh~~~

Just joining in on the talk about depression. I agree that it can seem hopeless. I have also not suffered from depression but two friends of mine do, and one of them has attempted suicide twice. For me what I have learnt is that I have to really understand their experience is so different to mine. I may view something as hopeless but to them they're actually making progress. And being there is important but so is understanding if they cancel plans or aren't physically able to meet or talk.

I wouldn't ever presume to call someone's experience with depression (or any other kind of mental illness) hopeless. That strikes me as rather cold (and you pretty much just said the same thing). What I meant was that I sometimes feel helpless in the face of it because what could I possibly contribute that can be of actual help? But maybe that's altogether too presumptious and neurotypical of me. Because, as you said, depression just doesn't work that way.

Jakes is someone who either falls asleep as soon as he hits the bed, or not at all. He barely moves, and he can’t stand it if it’s too quiet so he always has his windows open. Sometimes he uses his wireless as a source of background noise. He barely remembers his dreams. He likes it that way. 

☆ - happy headcanon

Jakes has a lot of friends and acquaintances and he genuinely enjoys their company. Sure, they only see what he wants them to see but does it matter? He’s good fun, and he knows it.
