Ingredients: 1 can 400ml coconut milk. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 cup shredded coconut flakes optional.
Instructions: In a blender, combine coconut milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth. If desired, stir in shredded coconut flakes for added texture. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid. Once frozen, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the popsicles easily. Serve and enjoy!
