Ingredients: 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 cup creamy peanut butter. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips for topping.
Instructions: Cover an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some extra on the sides to make it easy to take off. Put the peanut butter, butter, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Stir the mixture every 30 seconds while heating it in the microwave until it is all melted and smooth. That's how long it should take. Add the vanilla extract and mix it in well. Put the mix into the baking pan that has been prepared and spread it out evenly. Spread the mini chocolate chips out evenly on top and gently press them into the fudge. Put the fudge in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it's set. When the fudge is set, use the extra parchment paper to lift it out of the pan. Cut it into squares by putting it on a cutting board. Serve your tasty Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Fudge and enjoy it!
