You can't say no to these vegan chocolate scones; they are gluten-free and so tasty. They're great as a snack or treat at any time of the day.
Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut sugar. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/3 cup almond milk. 1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Stir in almond milk until a dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips. Form dough into a disc and cut into 8 equal wedges. Place wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until scones are firm to the touch. Allow scones to cool before serving.
