Get a call I want a cake like the one with the orange and flowers and leave on top..... Hmmm mm ok I will whatsapp it to you.... Uncle.....( UNCLE.... in my mind am I that old ok a bit of grey hair but come on uncle...) any have to get used to it I am not a spring chicken any more. What I like about this client is that she was truly interested in creating something different.... So U n c L e put on his thinking cap and cake and created this two different types of chocolate ganaches in one cake that gives it a unique chocolate texture with every bite.
