Anxiety filled two or three days likely. Bit of value germinating today, so far the most valuable in one go by a long shot. I culled 19 plants out of the last tester batch germination as they were males, interesting having left them in flower room for few weeks and they started to show pre flowers. The males went pretty fast. Curious. 😂. (They'll all be loaded with predators tomorrow ;). Praying for healthy germinated and emerged mini ladies as they're all fems except the chocolony. Pretty stoked on this run to say the least. 😎. Time to look for a few early winners. ............--------............ As per the last few runs I imbibed the seeds in AACT; this time for just most of today, about six hours as I prepped everything else. Then planted into jiffy pucks pre soaked with aquarium water and AACT mixed. 🤓. Placed in tray with a large dome (holes open slightly day one, try to aim for very high humidity but not 100) With bottom heat!! Can't stress the bottom heat enough for germination success rates and speed. Don't need a thermostat (only got one this year finally) but a temp between 74-80 seems preferable. Which just warms to seed area nicely to encourage faster metabolism. Also it evaporates water faster. Allowing the media to slightly dry as well( this can be bad for seeds, if dried to far during the germ process, but once fully imbibed, they're fine and will continue their progress) this drying discourages disease pressure and also encourages oxygen into the media. ........------..........
