honestly this is the first doodle i’ve done in months that actually felt good to draw. i might be recovering from my block! i actually have joined two writing clubs (writer’s association and novel writing) that are encouraging me to work on my own personal writings. it’s really nice, especially since i do a lot of writing in my classes toward my creative writing degree that I don’t know where to go with after i get the grade and such. after last night’s novel writing club i got some good advice of where to take the plot from one of my group members, which then inspired me to draw a concept for a future character
basically she’s the ghost of a slave who murdered her masters with a candelabra after they attempted to get rid of her, for fear of losing the garden’s she tended to. she was put to death by authorities, and now haunts the empty estate.
