What do you do if you get a task from someone? You either accept or reject it, right? There is a Reject button but no Accept buttoon. Should I then Realise the task? If so then what’s the outcome? I did eventually click Realise and I hope that was the good option since I didn’t get any feedback on what happened to the task now.

To solve this choice-overload I would keep the 3 main actions the target group usually takes, get rid of the ones that are barely used and show the rest as secondary actions. That will make the screen look less crowded and gives the user a better idea of what they need to do.
