This is a ticket/Handbill advertisement from an official Government bounty agent office in Tyron Row NY during the 1860’s (civil war) and the usage extended through the later American Indian Conflicts which lasted decades following! Condition is near about Uncirculated with a single fold line from 150 years ago and some slight to minor Foxing which is acceptable and expected on a piece of this age.
