Day 12: Choir Set (Making an OC)

I am making a Bloodborne oc (besides the chibi hunter) and I am going the whole 9 yharnam.. yards.

Small Choir Hunter show off bit, I absolutely love how it came out!

The snowberry sprig that is tucked into the Choir Hunter’s chain belt.

This was made from the butcherings of several bits of plastic plants. The berries and leaves were carved up to taste and then glued onto the plastic twig (it was a struggle). To help secure them I straight-up painted over the joints with a few layers of tacky glue. When the glue dries it forms a sort of plastic layer that helps keep everything together, and it stays flexible. The in-game model looks like it’s made of the same steel as the chains, so I painted my sprig with a glue/paint mixture colored a brownish metallic gold. It came out very antique-y and brass-ish. I liked the green of the leaves though, so I faded the metallic to a wash over the leaves to keep a green undertone. Ideally this whole bit will be able to bend with my body and not disintegrate at an inopportune moment. we’ll see.

Apparently im doing all the rando details from this set first? i guess.
