Little Rabbit

Yandere Hunter, who finds you in the middle of the woods. The sun already setting, night crawling in.

All helpless, poor thing.

You stepped into a bear trap, your delicate ankle being crushed by forceful metal teeth. You're on the verge of passing out, the pain almost blinding after you've tried to wiggle free for the past 3 hours.

You're light headed, vision blurry from the pain and your tears. Then you hear leafs crunching under heavy, determined steps.

You can only make out the huge silhouette of a man. Unable to make out a face in the dim light of the crawling night.

Your heart beat picks up, but you're unable to move. Muscles sore, body limp.

He spots you from a distance, long before you did him. He abandons the silence which he is normally adept to and lets each bootfall land with a soft thud, making sure his presence announced itself. All in an effort to not startle his poor prey too much.

Seems like a little rabbit got itself caught in his trap.

He doesn't speak, only humming in acknowledgement to your predicament. A deep and weirdly gentle sound, coming from a man from such a big stature.

He skillfully and gently releases your foot from the trap. This sends searing hot pain through you, making you cry out pitifully.

He shushes you. Big hands, rough from years of work, inspect your ankle.

Then without much warning, he picks you up with one arm. Holding you against his burly chest. In his other hand, he carries the trap.

Yandere Hunter carries you through the woods, now dark and unsettling.

You must have passed out because next thing you know, you're laying on a soft surface. A bed. His bed.

You feel your heart rate pick up again. Everything comes clashing down. You feel a headache forming and your ankle aching.

"You're awake."

This startles you. You head whips to the right and you spot him. The movement makes your headache flare up and you wince.

You hear a deep voice tutting at you. He approaches the bed and sits on a chair angled towards it.

He checks your ankle and nods to himself. "Bad wound. This will take a while to heal." He states.

You can make out an accent in his english, maybe german.

You just stare at him. A mix of fear and confusion on your face.

"....." you can't think of anything to say. Your mouth open, no words forming.

"You walked right into one of my traps. But you seem more of a little rabbit than a bear." He even chuckles.

This only unsettles you further.

He seems to notice. "Gunther". You look at him, probably bewildered. "That's my name little rabbit."

You manage a nod, at which he seems satisfied.

He then picks up a glass of water, which had to have sat on the side table and out of your sight.

He brings it to your lips and you drink. If only because his huge hands look extremely threatening, holding the small glass of water.

Just a few minutes later you feel drowsy. Breath slowing.

"Just a little something to you help you sleep." He says, still holding up the glass of water. As if seriously expecting you to take another sip after his comment.

'He drugged it?' Of course he did sweet thing.

You try fighting sleep, but after only few minutes of fighting, your eyes finally close. As you drift off, you hear a deep voice shushing you, a soft touch on your clammy forehead.

And then you're out.
