Their potential dynamic amuses me- mutual-dislike-but-topped-with-some-unwilling-and-undiscovered-feelings. More so one sided than anything, with Caine highkey being an AI with no romantic experience who does not understand feelings and Zooble not trusting him in the slightest. Bro’s trying to impress her without knowing why aside from thinking he has to follow his program and make everyone happy- it’s almost like a tiny obsession, an itch that he can’t scratch. And in order to make them happy he keeps on trying different things to impress her, and that requires giving them extra attention.

Zoob definitely doesn’t understand the extra attention and is more so annoyed by it than anything, but also understand it lets ‘em get away with things like talking back just a little or staying behind from adventures.

There might even be a part of her that almost likes it. Just a little. And sometimes, when he’s actually toning down his over the top antics, she’s able to imagine he’s a person doing this. For just a second.

It’s a silly dynamic that I’m a bit of a sucker for what can I say lol
