"We've... kinda did that already." Rex says with an embarrassed expression.

"It's just in our nature. We'd never eat a person though. That's illegal."

The room was quiet, no sound except the breeze from the wind blowing outside and the occasional vehicles driving by. But, out of the blue, a question was asked. "Chomp... can I ask you something?" Chomp immediatley sits up on the couch and looks over to Rex "Oh, sure dude. What's up?" "Am I... replaceable?" The question left Chomp dumbfounded. Why would he ask this so suddenly? Did he hurt himself again? All these kinds of questions were racing through Chomp's mind, until finally "W-What? No. Why'd you think that?" "Well-" He begins to take off his dinosaur hat. He looks deeply at the sewn on eyes "I've been thinking about that whole place we went to a couple-a days ago. Normally weird stuff like that doesn't bug me but, all those things in their just, vanished for no real reason." He begins to put his hand on his head, stroking his hair with his fingers. "And when they left something better, or worse, replaced one of those things. Like, it isn't a coincidence that after all the Grapplers left that the Ballers were brought in." Chomp begins to nod his head in agreement, still staying silent. "So, if I ended up there, or anyone really, it doesn't seem impossible that we'd get replaced. A-And I mean-" Rex quickly moves one of his hands to his pants, clenching onto them. "The Baller was a lot more useful than the Grappler. If I go back to that white place would someone better than me be my replacement? W-Would anyone notice I l-left? Wou-" Before he finishes his third thought, he feels something wrapped around him. What's happening? He then realizes, his boyfriend is holding him in a tight hug. "Listen, I'm not good at all this comfortin' stuff and all, but I don't wanna hear you say this stuff about yourself. You have as much of a reason to be here then anyone else. Honestly, you've been such a good help to me that I'd never forget you. You let me live with ya, youre my first partner, we both have things in common. You're Awesome!" Rex is still stuck in Chomp's grip. He heard every word he said to him but doesn't know what to do. He wants to say something but all of his sentences are jumbled up. Without knowing what to do, his emotions begin to take over. Rex proceeds to hug Chomp tightly while crying into his shoulder. The two will probably stay like this for a while, it's best to leave them alone.
