#ProudChoreographer Working with these 2 Amazing Artist (@kyliesheaxo & @robmcelhenney ) along side my Angel and choreography partner @alison_faulk was the absolute Highlight of my last year 2018. And can I tell you, that being on set watching our work come to life take after take was the most unbelievable feeling. I honestly cried during every take! It was kind of ridiculous... lol. but so real and genuinely. These 2 were truly a #ChoreographersDream. Thank you @worldchoreographyawards for the Nomination and for seeing the true Artistry hard work and love put into this piece. The @alwayssunnyfxx fans and the world wasn’t ready and didn’t even know they needed this in they’re lives. I know I did. With all that said, get ready to continue to be inspired and continue reading... 🙏🏽 #Repost @kyliesheaxo ・・・ It’s been one year since this episode of @alwayssunnyfxx aired & today I want to share with you the struggle between the two voices in my head that help push & guide me as an artist in hopes it will help a fellow dancer to know they are not alone. The first voice constantly tells me that I am never enough. It whispers to me that despite the blood, sweat, & tears I gave to help play this small roll in @RobMcElhenney ’s vision, the work I did was not enough. That I was not enough. It is relentless in trying to convince me that I could have done more, articulated my movement & emotions more, & overall simply served the art more. This voice questions if I was the right dancer at all for the job & whether someone else could have better represented our dance community. The most painful thing this voice says is that this was my once in a lifetime chance to serve my art through a platform that reaches so many people & I didn’t deliver to my fullest potential. The second voice is a light that patiently listens to all of the darkness & simply says, “You are always enough”. This voice skips over my ego & speaks directly to my soul to reassure me that the stars that had to align for me to do this project are reason enough to know that it was me all along who was destined for it. This voice knows the sacrifices I’ve made both personally & professionally to have come thi https://www.instagram.com/p/B4tQgvcp_b4/?igshid=11ourilkw4hk0
