Nemo had a master plan.
Technically, Louie had stopped all that ‘leaving Swynlake to backpack around the world and probably get killed’ talk, but... Nemo couldn’t risk it anyway! His own future was a big question mark, and it’d only get worse if Louie left them all behind. But Louie didn’t actually want to leave. He just needed more excitement! To meet new people! To find a hot guy!
Chip Jones was going to be the hot guy who saved Nemo’s friend group from utter implosion.
Chip Jones just didn’t know it yet. But he would, as soon as he spent enough time with Louie. They’d technically already matched on Tinder! Louie mentioned some flirting over beer pong! He’d seen enough movies to know how to make love bloom faster than it might on its own-- it just needed a trap.
And so, after hacking into Louie’s Tinder profile (super easy honestly, he REALLY needed to change his password from morkielove4eva) and a couple of DMs with Chip plus some texts to Louie...
Chip and Louie ended up in the same old elevator on Pride U’s campus, infamous for breakdowns, at the same time!
And with just a little faith, trust, and a sprinkling of pixie dust in the control panel...
“Whoa!” Chip exclaimed as the elevator groaned and came to a screeching halt. “Damn, what was that?”
