The Not So New Band Hoffmaestro & Chraa And Me Being Late
It is funny how much you miss just by living abroad. Like this. It seems like this band Hoffmaestro has completely divided the Swedish population. You're either for or against. It also seems like they released their debut album in 2008, and I listen to it now three years later. What is weirder is that I have spent a year in Sweden since then without learning about them. Yes, living abroad certainly does not keep you in the loop. That can sometimes be a bit depressing. Especially when you discover something like this. But.. there is a time for everything. Maybe it was 'meant to be' that I would discover them no sooner than now. Maybe I wouldn't have been ready.
So, being new to them, which half of the Swedish population do I agree with? Am I for or against? For of course! I love their genre-hopping style most of all. Ska, Punk, Rock and Country. Inventative like I would say back when I made up my own English words for fun (inside joke?) And I think it can be a new favorite for the gym as well. Hope you like. And let's hope for a tour stop in Thailand...
