isn’t it so weird how something so small and insignificant can literally impact your whole life. like there’s a whole chain of events that lead up to this one moment in your life, and if one thing had been different your life could be completely different from what it is now. like i have the friends i currently have all because i made the decision to start watching steven universe. if i hadn’t, i wouldn’t have worn a steven universe shirt to school and a girl in my english class who would soon become one of my best friends would not have complimented me on it. if i hadn’t made a certain internet friend, she wouldn’t have recommended steven universe to me. if i hadn’t made an instagram account, i wouldn’t have met this internet friend. if i hadn’t started watching dnp i wouldn’t have made said instagram account (yes i had a dnp instagram i was 13 shut up) so many small and seemingly insignificant decisions at the time can have such a huge impact on the way your life plays out and i think that’s wild.
