Rhod: It's difficult what you class as training, really, innit? Korkey: Well, stuff that changes your current state into a state that would put your body in a position to go up Kilimanjaro. Rhod: Ah, no. Korkey: Because your legs, as they currently are— Rhod: My little chicken legs. Korkey: Yeah. Well. They're not even chicken legs. They haven't even got any muscle on them, right? They hang baggy around your ankles, don't they? Rhod: I... am going to start my training in June. Korkey: Okay. Rhod: I've got an intense programme of Kilimanjaro-based training. Korkey: What, like? I mean, what sort of stuff? Rhod: Well, I haven't worked it out yet. Korkey: Well, how do you know it's intense? Rhod: Well, because that's the plan. Korkey: What you should do is some Pilates for your back. Rhod: It's boring. Korkey: Rhodri. Rhod: It's boring. Korkey: You've got to do—listen, you'll hurt yourself. Rhod: I might just knock it on the head and go and play darts for 18 hours a week in Sheaf and have a gully. Korkey: Well, I think that might be my point.
