現代人似乎對於流行指標特別容易瘋狂，癡迷偶像的迷姐迷妹們也好、崇拜超級英雄系列的勇者或惡棍也罷，大家是不是恨不得將這些心目中的NO.1搬回家呢？這些現象在新澤西(New Jersey)的3D印刷(3d printing)藝術家Chris Milnes 眼中與宗教狂熱無異，於是他運用自己的專長，打造出一座又一座的英雄佛像，在崇敬佛祖的東方人眼中似乎有點大不敬喔。

一尊尊彌勒佛坐姿的佛像散發著安詳之氣，仔細一看你會發現祂們的臉孔全是熟悉的超級英雄們，Milnes使用3D印刷技術，省去了鑄造佛像的繁複程序，快速又精準的將英雄、惡棍，甚至卡通人物化為神像，舉凡神秘的蝙蝠俠(Batman)、風流酷炫的鋼鐵人(Iron Man)、強悍霸氣的黑武士(Darth Vader)或是威力無窮的綠巨人浩克(Hulk)等，通通以彌勒佛般的大氣坐於佛台上，讓超級粉絲們可以盡情膜拜。

Had another day filming Fizzy Blood this week, recorded another 3 songs. Also filmed the second part of the Will Palmer skate video, at The Works in Leeds.

Went down to Brighton with Campfires yesterday to record at a lovely little studio. Had an absolutely great day and there will be some stuff out soon!

A Sax and Double bass location recording I recorded on wednesday night.

Recorded 10 live sessions this week so far, including a string quartet, string duo, jazz duo, a harpist, and a pianist. I also nipped round to church and helped Jaedia record some guitar and vocals for one of their new singles. Down to Brighton tomorrow to record some Campfires live sessions!

Since Christmas I've recorded and mixed a whole EP for PLAZA, which will be out in the next few weeks, and Campfires will be playing with them at their EP launch in Hartlepool. It sounds real nice and I'll post a link when it's up. 

I also recorded a video with the Arouras Quartet, who played a saxophone rendition of one of Debussy's string quartet pieces. The video will be up in the next couple of weeks. 

We (something productions) also finished the first 2 fizzy blood videos, which will be out some time in February.

This week I'm filming another 17 live sessions, then I'm heading down to Brighton to do some recording with Campfires, as well as mixing the ILA EP, which we finished recording today. I'll also be filming a bit more of the skate video with Will Palmer, and finishing recording the Pravitas EP, and making the final edits to the Blue laurel EP. 

Oh and I'll be doing some work on Andy Harding's lovely little Washburn bass.
