So, just trying to make sure I have this right. If there is only 1 group number and 3 solos left to find out about and the only people that we haven't heard about yet that we know are singing are Jake, Santana, and Kurt... Doesn't that confirm basically that both Kurt and Santana will have solos?

No. 

Rachel almost certainly has a solo, and Jake almost certainly has a solo.

Because of this - there is almost certainly a group NY number (maybe ABBA) plus one more solo...which could be anyone repeated.

I KNOW THE PAIN OF EVERYTHING I CANNOT HANDLE So, let's say what you said is true. Kurt choose Blaine. It would be bittersweet for Kadam because Adam just wants Kurt to be happy. It's all he's ever wanted. And Kurt is so thankful for him. So, so thankful. So, since Blaine is coming back Adam decides to head out, maybe to Europe for another adventure, and Kurt sings "You're Gonna Make Me Lonesome When You Go" (Miley Cyrus' cover is the version I have in mind) as a sweet, so sad final goodbye.

(I LOVE YOU TOO) Alright, here we go. Things between Adam and Kurt are great. But there's an underlying uncertainty. So, without talking they know what needs to happen. Kurt books a flight to LA to see Blaine. He tells Adam "I'm just going to see how he's doing." But they both know that this is it. This will decide for Kurt what he wants so Adam encourages him to go because he needs to know. Adam sings "What If" by SafetySuit before he goes.
