Amidst all the amazing gifts and blessings this year, knowing Jesus has always been the greatest gift I could ever receive.
Heavenly Father,
Thank you that Your love is not based off of the things I do or who I am, but who You are. Will you continue to help me remember the richness of all that I have? That everything else comes second to knowing You. I know I will never be able to feel or repay the price you paid to save me, but Lord, will you continue to teach me how I can use my life to bring you glory? Out of the overflow of everything that you have already given me, I pray for a heart that joyfully gives and shares to everyone.
I pray that my legs would be used to run toward people in need, that my eyes would be used to see people, that my ears would be used to listen to hear both their words and hearts, that my mouth would be used to speak words of truth and encouragement, that my arms be used to hold and hug, and that my heart may be filled and experience a mere portion of your great and vast love for them.
May every part of me be used as an extension of Your love for Your people. Thank you for being a God that loves so fully and unconditionally.
