As I leaned into God the last few weeks, He showed me a different side of His heart that I was missing. I know he is my Defender, my Healer, my Provider, and my Father. Somewhere along the line, though, I got so caught up in trying to follow His plan that I was struggling to take any steps at all. I was so afraid of getting it wrong. I was treating him more like a controlling father, rather than a good father. God is good all the time. His steadfast love endures forever.
