There is no similarity whatsoever between the two songs?
As far as I can remember, the melody, backing vocals, etc are the same but the lyrics are almost 100% different. At least the ones in the clip are. The "I look in the mirror" bit is the same, as are backing vocals in the chorus, but other than that, the lyrics are completely different. Which makes me sad cause they were perfect before.
