NBC Announces New Dolly Parton Christmas Special Set at Dollywood

For those who are positively perched to see what Dolly Parton is up to next, there is great news: more information about who will be appearing in Dolly Parton’s Mountain Magic Christmas! Just like her star-studded special before it, Mountain Magic Christmas features a stacked cast of guest stars joining in for the holiday festivities.
The highly anticipated holiday special will feature a powerhouse cast starring country queen Parton alongside Tom Everett Scott, Ana Gasteyer, and Angel Parker. Mountain Magic Christmas will also boast a lineup of talented guest stars such as Willie Nelson, Jimmy Fallon, Billy Ray Cyrus, Miley Cyrus, Zach Williams, and Jimmie Allen, among other anticipated surprise faces. With a cast like this, Dolly Parton’s Mountain Magic Christmas special is shaking up to get everyone in the holiday spirit in no time.
Dolly is no stranger to Christmas specials. She appeared in 1984’s “Kenny & Dolly: A Christmas to Remember” and “A Holly Dolly Christmas” in 2020. She also acted in “A Smoky Mountain Christmas” in 1986 and “Christmas at Dollywood” in 2019. Plus, we can’t forget the Emmy-winning “Dolly Parton’s Christmas on the Square” that was released on Netflix in 2020!
