I’ve always loved spoiling my staff and our Christmas party is where I can really go overboard. ⠀ ⠀ This year I wanted to change it up a bit. No fancy dinner or nightclub dancing. With all of the changes in the salon helping these incredible stylists become independent business owners themselves, I wanted it to be special in a way that can help them grow their business. ⠀ ⠀ A salon Photoshoot!!
