After playing us a song outside, we took Christopher Denny inside our Philly loft to play one more song, "If The Roses Don't Kill Us".

   I was super excited to see him on the HEAL tour with Strand of Oaks this fall. Quickly fell in love with his timbre, and song writing skills.

Christopher Denny "God's Height" / Out Of Town Films

When Christopher Denny was in Philadelphia last month to open two sold-out hometown shows for Strand of Oaks, we invited him to come play us a few songs in our Kensington neighborhood. We took him out in a big open field and did our best to have him play in-between the subway train noises. Something we inevitably could not avoid. Here's the first song he played for us "God's Height".

Ps it was our first time testing out our new drone. Soon enough we'll have an all drone footage session!
