Can’t decide my favourite thing about this shot (London production, 1991). Munkustrap pretending to ignore Tugger and Skimbleshanks (and George clawing at his shoulder)? Tugger’s head looking like it’s been badly photoshopped in? Alonzo’s extra-dramatic makeup?
No, it’s probably George’s face. Look at the sweet boy, he’s so happy to be an evil pirate.

London 1993, and though the video quality is poor, we see enough. We see the extra stanza in “Old Deuteronomy”, with everyone just being quiet and peaceful. We see Munkustrap being extra soft with the kittens, and Tumblebrutus right in front of him being extra-kitten.
