Emily was stuck in her own office, trying to wrap up some paperwork but her focus was low and she decided to leave it for tomorrow when she has time. Instead she went on a search for her husband, and of course found him in his own office, nose deep buried into work. “--- You are still working? Gosh, it’s been nothing but work for days now - it’s all we do. And there’s something we haven’t done in quite a while.”her lips pursed as she approached the desk, smiling as her dark hair framed her features. @professorlaurent

After her second long session with the psychiatrist friend Christopher made possible for Mila to visit, she was back in the apartment, and seated on the bed, working on her first assignment for this semester. She was lost in her own little world, writing some things down when she heard the front door unlocking. Lifting her head up, she slowly made it to the hallway and peeked around the corner, already knowing who it is. @professorlaurent

Since the moment the ball began and intro speech was over with, Emily and Christopher got separated in the crowd of people; he had a lot of others who wanted to talk to him even if for a minute, and she mingled around, talking to a few friends and colleagues, even some of her students. Catching the glimpse of her husbands masked figure storming outside with phone in his hand, she excused herself and followed after him outside. “--- Fresh air, finally. - Everything alright, love?”she asked from behind him, walking slowly in her red dress. @professorlaurent
