This week we are celebrating Black History Month with Christopher Wynter’s “Migrations” (1999) at Cathedral Parkway (110th Street) which is located below Frederick Douglass Circle. Douglass, the 19th century American abolitionist and author, is depicted in the large mosaic mural which references African homelands and migration throughout history. https://goo.gl/lHMtQm
