Childhood enhanced

I just realized, in the children's game Red light, Green light, kids race to the one picked to look the other way. When Red light is declared, the ones that are running must stop in their tracks and not move a muscle or they are declared out for the rest of the game. So, in essence, would the lone child calling out Red and Green light not be the Doctor and the kids that are racing towards them be Weeping Angels? Or am I just overthinking this?

Trying to decide which picture of Chris to use as a reference for my drawing. Do I want shadows or not? Lines, wrinkles, smooth? Long hair, short hair? Beard, no beard? I don't think I'll want beard.
