He cherishes the people in his life and would do anything for them. • Likes • Juice - Tea - Cooking - Soccer - Naps - Reading - The Gang • Dislikes • Coffee - Alcohol - Surprises - Bugs - Liars - Hospitals (Is traumatized after losing his mom/sister) • Background • Yukio came from a middle class, with a loving mother and adoring little sister. One day when his mother and sister were walking back home there was a drunk driver that drove onto the sidewalk causing a collision and hitting both, critically injuring his mom and killing his sister on impact. It was during this time that Yukio has just left his grandmothers home and was heading back home that he saw a crowd of people and an ambulance. As he worked his way through the crowd he saw his mother being taken into the ambulance and on the floor he saw a body fully covered. Right away he knew that was indeed his sister under there. He forced his way to the ambulance yelling “THAT’S MY MOM! THAT’S MY MOM!!!” Later in the hospital, his mother still unconscious, Yukio sat bedside holding her hand. He was telling her she was going to make it and that they would get through this. During the night Yukio woke up to the sound of a long consistent beep. He immediately looked at his mother and yelled for help, but there was nothing they could do. Yukio not wanting to impose on his grandmother lied and told her he had friends he could stay with and that he would check in with her regularly. He dropped out of school and began taking on small jobs to try to get by and help his grandmother out.
