It was a cold winter at the PokeStar Studios, much colder than previous winters. And much like the cold winters that normally came by in Unova, nearly a foot of snow was left behind by a large show storm the night prior. The snow covered everything, blanketing the entire streets and sidewalks, as well as cars and other vehicles.
Kyouhei was currently leaning against one of the poles in the park near PokeStar Studios, watching the little kids throw throw snow balls at each other. Some of them landed while others missed widely. Kyouhei chuckled to himself and crossed his arms. He really missed the time when he and his friends had been little, not a care in the world. Not that he wasn't quite like that now, but he was much older and a bit wiser than he had been years ago.
But even so, Kyouhei felt the wish to go out and just play in the snow. But someone his age playing around in the snow by himself...that seemed really depressing.
The crunch of footsteps walking through snow reached Kyouhei's ears and he looked to his left in time to see a female walking down the path. She was wearing a large winter coat, buckled up completely. And as a gust of wind blew by, Kyouhei watched as the female shivered. At the shiver, the female seemed to hasten her pace, walking briskly past him.
Frowning, Kyouhei coughed before running after the girl. She seemed a bit...familiar. But he wasn't sure from where. Reaching out, Kyouhei grabbed onto her shoulder, tapping it softly so that he didn't scare her too badly.
"Umm...excuse me?" he asked softly.
