Hi there! I just wanted to wish you a happy anniversary and let you know that your old Jolress drawings are legitimately one of my favorite things on the planet and one of the best things I've ever seen in the Colress fandom. Looking at the little guy makes me so happy. Thank you for that and all the other wonderful content.
Much love from @cipher-legal-and-ethics-dept💜
PS: Is it cool with you if other people (me) draw Jolress too? With credit and link to your posts, of course!
Maybe if I can make a colress machine that turns humans into pokemon, we can have a round two, maybe? I do miss that time...
((I appreciate the kind words, hahaha! Thanks for sticking around so long ^-^))
Bonus:
((He's so litol 🥺))
My best joke to date
A ticket inspector is judged guilty of murder when, in the course of his duties, he ejects from a moving train a passenger who had misplaced their ticket. He is sentenced to death by electrocution.
The electric chair fails to kill him. After an inspection for sabotage, his survival is deemed miraculous, and his sentence commuted to ten years in prison.
In prison, the former ticket inspector develops an interest in music, and upon his release becomes an orchestra director. His violent tendencies and draconian fervor have not been mellowed by his incarceration, however, and lead him to murder a particularly flatulent violinist via thrown baton.
He is again tried, sentenced, and electrocuted - and he again survives. In light of his history, however, the murder charge sticks. As he lies in bed awaiting his new sentence, he hears gunfire outside, and an armed man barges into his cell.
"You are the infamous Bad Conductor, yes?"
"Yes."
"We want you to join the Resistance."
"Omen..." Eir blinks up at the houndoom. "Wh-what happened? I remember we met some new pokemon on our way home and then..."
Eir reaches up and holds Omen's face in her paws. "You brought me back home, didn't you?"
Omen's face breaks into a rare smile. He looks fondly down at Eir. Of course. As long as time allows, I will remain by your side.
"What would I do without you," she lets out a nervous chuckle. "How long have I been out?"
The houndoom looks at Eir, his stoic expression back. Longer than last time. You've been pushing yourself too much, you have to be more careful.
"Ahaha," Eir rubs the back of her head. "You worry too much, Omen! Calyx said these were just growing pains!"
"That fool!" Omen curses, letting out a few rare words, his vocal chords unused to the sounds. Excuse me, I'm glad you're awake now. Please let me know if you need anything at all.
The houndoom starts to walk away, his irritation palpable. "Omen," Eir sighs, attempting to call her familiar back. "...thank you."
